The Saskatchewan Health Authority reccomends eating breakfast to help you feel your best and have energy. Breakfast can also help you manage your weight and reduce your risk of heart disease and diabetes.
Join us for a special Pancake Breakfast Day as part of Mental Health Month! Because at our school, every single person matters.
Did you know that eating breakfast can help improve your mood, energy, focus, learning, stress levels and overall mental health?
Breakfast is more than just food. It’s fuel for both your body and your mind.
Taking time to eat in the morning can help you feel more connected, supported, and ready for the day ahead.
This event is our way of creating a positive space where everyone feels welcome, valued, and cared for.
Sharing a meal together helps build community, kindness, and connection throughout our school.
Come grab some pancakes, connect with others, and start your day with positivity!
Because caring for mental health starts with caring for each other.
