Grade 12 students lose access to SECPSD Microsoft Office and Onedrive when they graduate.

Grads be sure to move your files to a personal drive space online or to a physical drive before June 30 as all drives internal and online are deleted for graduates at the end of June.

Please help keep everyone safe by following the rules of the road and SGI rules!

Here is your opportunity!

Student Drive Purge - every student in SECPSD has a personal Drive (also known as H: Drive) to save materials on SECPSD servers. At the end of June these Drives will be purged (ALL FILES DELETED).

Students, please move any files from H: to your ONEDRIVE so that you have access to them as they will all be deleted from the H: by the end of June.

All students need to move digital files from the local storage space (H: drive) to your OneDrive (online storage space) prior to the end of the school year.

ALL student H: drive files will be deleted at the end of the school year - so if you need files from your H: you need to move them to your OneDrive before the end of June.

Graduating students lose OneDrive and H: Drive access at end of June - so remove files you need from both locations.

The sooner you can do this, and to get into the habit of only saving to your OneDrive the better!
